Arusha to Tarangire National Park
The safari begins early with a pick-up from Arusha, and you’ll start your drive towards the famous Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a thrilling game drive where you’ll witness the incredible wildlife, including large herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and various bird species. Tarangire is also known for its iconic baobab trees, adding a unique backdrop to your safari experience. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you’ll continue your journey to Karatu for your overnight stay. Here, you can unwind at your lodge or campsite and enjoy a well-deserved dinner while reflecting on the day’s adventure.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Arusha
The second day starts early with a scenic drive from Karatu to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site that’s home to an exceptional concentration of wildlife. Once inside the crater, enjoy a game drive where you may spot rhinos, wildebeest, buffalo, zebras, and an array of bird species. You’ll also get to have a picnic lunch inside the crater, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.
